Golf Pilates Movement Evaluation
Mike Wright’s Golf Pilates program begins with the Golf Pilates Movement Evaluation. We provide specialized performance testing for basic movements and physical factors necessary for an efficient, repeatable golf swing. We then provide specific Golf Pilates mat and equipment exercises that address limitations in the body for improved swing and putting technique. These exercises also address postural imbalances that can lead to swing faults and poor shot making. A personalized conditioning program is then developed for the golfer’s individual needs.
