The clinic includes a review of the golf day including pre-round warm-ups, during the round maintenance stretches, post-round rebalancing and injury prevention techniques. It is designed to introduce you to basic Golf Pilates exercises that can be performed at home or on the course to improve your

Learn: During this 3-hour clinic, we teach you fundamental strengthening and stretching exercises that are vital to improving your game. This program will enhance your physical ability to perform golf specific movements, transform your game by developing body control and power, and ultimately lower your scores and handicap while reducing incidence of pain and injury.

  • Golf Pilates Mat Exercises
    Mat exercises that target the core muscles used during every shot, including chipping and putting.
  • Standing Pilates
    Exercises performed in standing positions that build balance, core control, coordination, weight transfer and single leg strength and balance.
  • Injury Prevention Strategy
    Repetitive movements and activities performed during a round of golf can cause muscle imbalances leading to poor shots, posture and injury. These movements include retrieving the ball from the hole, picking up clubs at greenside and placing the tee in the ground. These activities and others are addressed to prevent loss of playing time and poor play. Golf Pilates helps prevent injury by keeping the golfer's muscles balanced and flexible.
